Southwest Movers

I do NOT recommend this moving company. We scheduled a move for our 5000 sq ft home hiring 3 trucks and 6 men and to begin at 7 am sharp as it was a big move. We finally got 1 truck and 4 men ( all very unprofessional looking) if my husband hadn't been there I wouldn't have let them in at 9:30!!! 2.5 hours late, not the way to start a move. Owner tried to bargain 1 hour of free time for being late, again not acceptable. Two of their trucks broke down and the one that showed had sprayed over graffiti on it and looked horrible, I was embarrassed to have it pull up to the house not to mentioned terrified to have it safely transport my family's belongings. I returned to old house later that evening to find many of our things left behind , and broken pots just left lying in yard. They had to rent 2 trucks to replace their own in order to do our move, my husband was firm with the owner and would not budge from price we were quoted, he made him give us 2 hours free due to not arriving on time. Many people probably would have gotten taken advantage of here as it is difficult to stand your ground sometimes. They were not careful of our things and I have come across many broken items.
