your experience to date. Triple E Property management prides ourselves with being as responsive as possible. Unfortunately the issue with your AC was more complicated than originally reported. The technician was dispatched within hours of your initial request. Upon arrival the technician indicated that the system was working properly. It was not until a could days later that you entered a second request in which the technician returned and this time reported that the compressor had failed. The cost for a new furnace and AC was reported to the owner and a decision to replace occurred in less than hours. You received notification from the manager as well as or office that the unit would need to be ordered then it would be installed. Our records do show that this all occurred within a day period. The rainy weather prevented the installer from installing the outside unit as soon as we would have liked and this too was communicated to you. We understand that the higher temperatures in the summer can cause discomfort but in some instance we need you to apply a little more patience as it was clear that your issue was being addressed. Triple E acts on the behalf of the owner so for large repair items approval is required. In this case the owner responded quickly and you were quickly scheduled to have a new unit installed. Its unfortunate that you felt it necessary to contact the Revdex.com for this issue considering the lines of communication were flowing back and forth I believe this issue was handled quickly and well within the terms of your rental agreement Edwin W*** Triple E Property Management LLC Owner
