Where to even startI went to Dr C [redacted] years ago and he was amazingA few years down the road (the beginning of 2015) I started having jaw troubles again with popping and lockingI think of them and my first experience and even though they weren't in network for my insurance it was worth it to get my jaw fixedSo after visits and over $1,later they tell me there's nothing they can do besides tell me I have lock jawMy insurance was sending the payment but it took time and I called them almost everyday with an updateEven with that I kept getting calls to pay so I pay with my own money after already paying the $initialWell I get the bill of what they billed my ins and there's a $(home stretch fee) when I was just told to stretch my jawThey then tell me they bill insurance that to see if they'll pay, if not they waive itI call to explain how much I've paid with no answers and they get me a visit with dr C [redacted] again who finds the answer but tells me I wasn't booked enough time to add the piece to my night guard I needed which I understoodmonths later I'm STILL trying to book this appointmentI finally call yesterday, book an appointment for 11/and even get a call verifying my appointmentI show up today for them to tell me my appointments tomorrow (which is wrong), I drove mins to get there and they don't even apologize for the inconvenience and tell me I can either wait hours to "see" if they can help me or reschedule which is impossible since dr Cohen is never there anymoreSo disappointed, I don't know what happened to them but now I'm thousands out of pocket and right where I started
Where to even start. I went to Dr C[redacted] years ago and he was amazing. A few years down the road (the beginning of 2015) I started having jaw troubles again with popping and locking. I think of them and my first experience and even though they weren't in network for my insurance it was worth it to get my jaw fixed. So after 3 visits and over $1,000 later they tell me there's nothing they can do besides tell me I have lock jaw. My insurance was sending the payment but it took time and I called them almost everyday with an update. Even with that I kept getting calls to pay so I pay with my own money after already paying the $250 initial. Well I get the bill of what they billed my ins and there's a $55 (home stretch fee) when I was just told to stretch my jaw. They then tell me they bill insurance that to see if they'll pay, if not they waive it. I call to explain how much I've paid with no answers and they get me a visit with dr C[redacted] again who finds the answer but tells me I wasn't booked enough time to add the piece to my night guard I needed which I understood. 4 months later I'm STILL trying to book this appointment. I finally call yesterday, book an appointment for 11/10 and even get a call verifying my appointment. I show up today for them to tell me my appointments tomorrow (which is wrong), I drove 45 mins to get there and they don't even apologize for the inconvenience and tell me I can either wait 2 hours to "see" if they can help me or reschedule which is impossible since dr Cohen is never there anymore. So disappointed, I don't know what happened to them but now I'm thousands out of pocket and right where I started..
