SW Pool and Spa Covers has serviced my CoverPools cover twice now and both times were excellentTheir staff are experts with this equipment and are able to quickly diagnose and repair all issuesBoth times I've used them, they've had all the parts needed to repair my cover with them in the truck, so no waiting for parts to be ordered and then another appointment to installThese covers aren't cheap to purchase or repair so you definitely want someone you can trust and who is an expert with them

I agree with the other positive reviews. I initially contacted them to quote the installation of a Manual Safety Pool Cover, but finished installing the Automatic Pool Cover. The charged price was fair. I quoted other companies that were charging only for the Installation of the cover. If I needed to do some additional remodeling with other companies, like for example extending the deck or moving the Pool equipment I needed to hire other contractors. Southwest Pool & Spa Covers did all the additional work needed to install properly the Automatic Pool Cover, and I finished using them to move the Pump equipment to other location in my lot. They have the expertise and knowledge to do other kind of related works.
I positively recommend doing business with them.

[redacted] (and [redacted], Jr.) arrived at noon, just as I was about to sit down for lunch. They told me to go ahead and have lunch and they'd be done when I was. Not quite, but his experience and skills made installing my new cover a pretty quick experience - about 1-1/2 hrs from arriving to leaving. The new cover fits perfectly, the moving parts are perfectly tuned and it looks beautiful. When getting estimates for the new cover (about 10 days ago) there was a "good, better, best" option, with a small price difference between them, but the "best" is way better than the cover it replaced (with kevlar edging) and with the new dual bearings is verrrry smooooth! Just wanted to write a quick note to say what a great experience we had with southwest pool covers! [redacted] responded quickly to my request for an estimate which other companies did not! 2 weeks later the job was completed as promised and I could not of had a better experience! I would recommend this company to everyone!!!!
