I was calling from another province and needed her to see if Tower had his S.I.Nnumber on file in order for the funeral home to be able to proceed with paperwork She said she was too busy to deal with my situation and questioned me on the police proceedings told me I wouldn't have access to the apartment She then proceeded to interrogate me about my father's Will I asked her to provide me with the former realtor who may have the number on file She said she was too busy and hung up on me Yet, she had enough time to waste to ask me questions that were none of her business(June 22, 2016)

When I Broke up with my boyfriend and moved out of that apartment it was even more problems. I went to look at an apartment in a newly renovated building. 10 days later I move into a catastrophe. Non working fridge. No screens on the window. The fire alarms weren't up. The walls weren't painted. Giant scratches in the floor. No lights the track lighting was removed. No keys to get into the building.
Its now 6 days into my lease and they still have't even replaced the fridge. When I try to call, it's a hassle. Not what I paid $825 plus damage deposit to move into.
