All the settings were wrong for the water softener system, and this dealer reported that no RO system would work with my water pressure (50-PSI)However, I learned this was not true as I did research and discovered that optimum pressure for an RO system is 40-He removed the RO system, and I am ready for him to remove the soft water system and take it as wellUnfortunately, I have lost total confidence in this dealer and the products with which he is affiliatedI have been trying to get this resolved for some time with no success
