The company has items on my credit report from RSHT (a school) for The items were paid to the school years ago and they refuse to remove itemsI Spoke with a agent and she stated that they would call the school to get clarification, I called back to follow up a couple weeks laterShe stated that the school state that the item were current and still owedOnce the phone call ended, I called the school and they stated that no one from the collection agency never called and they lied to me because I owe nothing and there was only one account which was paid in fullI have the written documention as wellI spoke with the agent again and she lied once again about the items being confirmed and I already had documention of otherwise
