Review: The billing department has repeatedly and flagrantly failed to do its job. The department has lost payments, sent harassing letters claiming that they will hold you responsible for an already paid bill, and provide the incorrect information for where one needs to send the follow-up information to correct their billing mistakes. I have been overcharged on more than one occasion and while they demand that I pay them immediately for the same service twice, they take up to two months to return payment that they admit to having overcharged. The billing department will not answer calls, take long periods of time to return calls, and prove mostly unhelpful if you do hear from them.Desired Settlement: I want them to stop harassing me over bills that I have already paid and start correctly billing their patients.
