Our initial plan was to completely remodel the Master Bathroom and two additional bathrooms Jerry was the only contractor that took the time to provide a thorough and detailed quote which was a clear indication of his professionalism Once the work started it became instantly apparent that I had made the right choice in selecting SW Restoration & Design Jerry is a person of unquestionable integrity and a true craftsman Meticulous to a fault, uncompromising when it comes to the quality of the work, candid in his advice, considerate and trustworthy beyond reproach Jerry truly has the "customer first" mindset which is so valuable when selecting a contractor Over the past several months whenever I walk into the Master bathroom I am continuously amazed at what a perfect job (in every sense of the word) Jerry did We were completely satisfied with every aspect of the project and Jerry will without question be the contactor of choice for all remodeling projects that I plan in the future

We had a wacultured marble shower pan which developed brown stains and cracks over time Jerry showed us how he could repair and replace just the pan and a small portion of the walls with concrete and tile without tearing out the whole marble installation and starting over This was what we were looking for, but had not seen anything of this nature done before He completed the project over a few days and it turned out exceptionally well with minimal disruption and cleanup required Very professionally done! It really looks great The added portion complements the existing marble very well and certainly is solid and leak proof all around We would recommend Jerry for projects of this nature and will go to him for any future needs Excellent contractor with the highest quality standards Thank you, Jerry!

Jerry and his son John remodeled our two bathrooms a little over seven years ago The process began with discussing many options and the multitude of possibilities suggested by them from their many years helping others with similar projectsWe chose the options most appealing, and have been so very pleased with the results We had not seen Jerry and John since December of when the final touches to our project had been completed until this week We found the glass shower doors in one bathroom in need of an adjustment that was too difficult for us Our project was long out of warranty, but when we reached out looking for some help, they responded willingly, cheerfully, and immediately For them, it was a small project For us, we could not possibly be more grateful Is it not wonderful to find companies today that not only stand behind their work but go above and beyond?
