Southwest Risk Management

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. At first they were so nice and on top of their stuff. After awhile they get to the point where it is almost impossible to get them to do their job. I work with them to start a policy however another company beat their price by thousands a year. So of course I went with the other company however that company did not have two of the insurances that I need. I went back to Southwest Risk to see about these other two policies that I needed and they were unwilling to help due to the fear of doing that paperwork to write the new policy in order to get the quotes in and chancing us not going with them. They also tried to tell me I didn't need one type of insurance because of the type of things that we haul when if they would have just listened to me they would know that we do need that type of insurance because we do haul different types of things for sand, gravel, and rock material to food and other items. I will never try to give this company my business again nor will I ever recommend anyone to use them.
