Complaint: I filed a complaint with # and I was displaced from my home due to the flood and couldn't respond to the complaint and you yall closed it be I could respond and what tony said did not happenHe and his helper girlfriend said it was water base paint and it should come right off will after he seen the scratch it was making they hurry up and jump in the truck and left I took pictures of the paint on the car and picture when they left and u can see where the paint was there are scratches there now from him and his helper trying to remove the paint.To have my car repainted I have two estimates, one $and the other is $2950.Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:He started painting in December and he got paint on my wife's car and he tried to get it off and scratch it all up

In November I began cleaning and painting Mr*** two story houseAs I clean and paint there were some of the plates on the wall of house that had been broken: the siding plates, some crack and some brokenAll in front of the house and it looked like it was cause by a tree limb, it was
so deep of a holeThese broken plates was there before I cleaned and painted, I used a paint roller and a paint sprayer, and these things will not cause this type of damage

Per Phoned Conversation on 3/Mr*** stated he washed and dried the consumer car with clean white towels and that the consumer and his wife watched him and they gave him the ok that they were satisfied and went in the house and he didn't hear anything from them until he got this complaintTony ***

In response to the email I received regarding the complaint. I washed the top part of passenger side fender and a small area on the hood with new white towels and a mild liquid dish washing soap. They (Mr. [redacted] and  his wife) observed us wash the fender and the small area on the hood. Upon completion they inspected and expressed their satisfaction. They went inside and I left.  I did not scratch their car.
