We had out septic pump fail and after a day of working on defective wiring above ground, I called a company to come pump the tank but they were two days out, so I looked online and found Southwest Septic Service as they were in Vail where we are [redacted] came out within a couple of hours and pumped the secondary tank so it would not over flow, and was out again that afternoon to finish He did and outstanding job mixing up the sludge and dirt so it could be removed better He also removed our defective pump and found several problems with the wires in the tank I hardily recommend [redacted] and Southwest Septic Service!

Friendly, helpful, knowledegable and honest too *** the owner talked us through everything We thought we just needed our septic pumped but turned out our lid was broken and lots of dirt and rocks were in tank and the tank had only had the liquids pumped out While that wasn't impeding our tank (yet) he removed lid and then jumped in the tank and shoveled out the rest of the gunk! We discussed having a new lid made with large opening risers Now we will never have to dig up our tank again which will pay for itself in a few short years *** is coming back to use a camera to check all our drains out to the septic and/or clean out any stopped up lines with a hot water jet Our year old septic system will be running like new soon His prices were actually a little less than the other companies and he doesn't charge minimums or trip fees

I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency and quality of service from this young man I called in the morning to get a quote for septic problems and *** answered all my questions quickly and courteously After several other quotes, I called him back with more questions which he answeredI scheduled an appointment for the next day He was going to another call and traveling near my home He volunteered to drop by, unplugged my drain so I could use it overnight and assessed the problem closely He did not charge me anything extra and was very pleasant The next day he completed the work and again made sure everything was working well before he left It was customer service done well!!! I would highly recommend him and got a few cards from him to pass alongA nice young man
