Review: I have been trying to obtain copies of recorded deeds of trust and title policies from Southwest Settlement & Title Agency. My business needs to get these documents with 90 days of settlement or we are charged a fine. One title policy is 19 months past the settlement date.Desired Settlement: We just want the requested documents in a timely fashion.
