I am rejecting this response because: my order was placed on the phone, not internetWhen I spoke to Claudia, she assured me that if my friend did not like the necklace, it could be returnedThere was no mention of not refunding delivery chargeI chose the delivery method, and I PAID for it, so it's my money that is not being refunded, not theirs! It is disgraceful and dishonest that my money would not be refunded! I am owed my $delivery fee.

The actual amount customer paid was a flat rate Fedex 2nd day shipping of $19.50. The actual amount that Fedex charged was: $26.98. This amount was collected by Fedex not kept by us.  I, personally, the owner took the customer's order over the phone. I did state yes, this can be returned or exchanged within our 30 day policy and said "less the shipping charges"

I am rejecting this response because: it's unacceptable that all of partial shipping fees are not being refunded. I do not recall owner saying otherwise, or I would not have ordered from this company! If a company truly cares about customer service and relations, they would do their best to extend quality service. Obviously, they do not care! It is outrageous that this company chooses not to refund at least 50% of the shipping fees, which I paid for! Needless to say, I will never do business with them in the future, nor will any of my many friends.

I ordered a liquid silver necklace as a gift and was assured that it could be returned if the recipient did not like the necklace. I paid $148.01 which included a Fed Ex delivery fee. The necklace was returned, but the company refused to refund my delivery fee!. Their refund was for $123.25. I called and spoke to Claudia M who stated that it was their "policy" and delivery fees are non refundable. This is unacceptable and ridiculous, since I paid the delivery fee, not their company. I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone, and I am extremely unhappy that my delivery fee was not refunded. Any assistance from the Revdex.com would be most appreciated. Thank you, I await your reply.

I am rejecting this response because: my order was placed on the phone, not internet. When I spoke to Claudia, she assured me that if my friend did not like the necklace, it could be returned. There was no mention of not refunding delivery charge. I chose the delivery method, and I PAID for it, so it's my money that is not being refunded, not theirs! It is disgraceful and dishonest that my money would not be refunded! I am owed my $24 delivery fee.
