Review: BUSINESS KNOWINGLY SOLD ME RIMS AND TIRES THAT WERE NOT SAFE FOR MY CAR AND I WAS UNAWARE OF THIS UNTIL I TOOK MY TIRES TO GET ROTATED AT A DIFFERENT BUSINESS. THEY RIGGED THE TIRES AND RIMS WITH SPACERS TO MAKE THEM FIT. I WAS TOLD AT THE TIRE ROTATING PLACE THAT I WAS TOLD I WAS DRIVING AN UNSAFE CAR AND THEY COULD NOT SERVICE IT FOR LIABILITY REASONS. I WENT BACK TO HAVE THEM FIX IT AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. I HAD TO GO PURCHASE NEW TIRES AND RIMS IN ORDER TO OPERATE MY VEHICLE. I AM ON A LIMITED INCOME AND HAD TO TO SELL THE RIMS AND TIRES, AT A FRACTION OF THE PRICE, TO BE ABLE TO PURCHASE NEW ONES.Desired Settlement: I JUST WANT THEM TO COVER THE DIFFERENCE IN THE PRICE FOR THE NEW TIRES AND RIMS A HAD TO PURCHASE.

Ok! we sold her the rims and tires with the spacers on. The car was safe to drive there could not been any safety issues with the car if there were any safety issues, we would not installed the wheels on the car. With that said, the customer did came and asked for the refund, but she did not bring the wheels or the prove of purchase (invoice). We will give her the refund if she still has our wheels she can come back and return the wheels back to us undamaged and we can give her the refund, and we will not charge a 20% restocking fee. If she is saying that she has sold or trade in the wheels then show us the prove of purchase and our invoice and tell us how much difference she want us to pay. She can do this by either coming to our shop discuss it with me the owner [redacted] ([redacted]), or attach the invoices here and we can go over the invoices. And we can tell her if we can pay the difference Because she should have not sold the wheels, and would've just called and asked for the owner, if she was not helped properly or was not happy with the person who helped her . Therefore, I need to know the difference and I have to see if I can pay that difference, or if she did not sell the wheels which she bought from us, I can give her a refund but will charge her 20% restocking fee.
