We have received the complaint #*** filed with the Revdex.com and regret there is a misunderstandingWe are committed to doing everything we can to satisfy this student as we continue to abide by all government/state laws, rules and regulations. The following is a breakdown/of
events of this situation: • SUVA sent the student her statement of account ( per the students request) in March of 2015: Normally, SUVA requires all students to officially request their statement of account by filling out our specific formHowever, we decided to over-ride this procedure and send her statement based on her email request because we knew she was upset The statement is enclosed. • Recently we received the attached request for a statement of account from the student. I trust you can see that her handwritten notes indicate that the student received the statement we sent in March, because her notes clearly describe the structure of a SUVA statement. • The student’s parent applied for a $19,Parent Plus loan; the Government approved $8,840. As mentioned, we follow all Government rules and can only process the amount the Government approvesWe have no control over what the Government does or does not approveWe informed the parent that we believe the fact that the student was a second semester senior, and would graduate halfway through the academic year, may have had an impact on the loan amount because these government loans are for tuition and fees while the student is in schoolBut the parent would know more about the change in the amount awarded than we do, because they receive a notice about the funding prior to it being disbursedThat is why this is an issue between the parent/ student and the GovernmentThe parent and the student were displeased with the Government’s decision, but we can only comply accordingly. • The student stated that we have not met with her nor returned her phone calls or emails. We are truly disappointed to receive this complaint because we make every effort to respond to student concerns in a timely and considerate mannerWe feel we responded to this student appropriately and have attached all documentation of student correspondence/meetings (both in person and over the phone), returned and accepted phone calls with this student and/or her parents. • The student also stated she did not receive an exit package. I am including the email she sent stating she received the exit packet but refused to sign it because we did not give her our Registrar’s nameThe Government does not require a student’s signature on an exit packet so her refusal to sign is irrelevantHowever and in this situation it is evident we did send the exit packet and she in fact did receive it. • Currently the student has an outstanding tuition balance with SUVAWe are happy to meet with the student to discuss options for payment. We are truly committed to doing everything possible to resolve this issue and look forward to resolutionThank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint. I have requested these documents, but the response has not come to meAlso the school informed me that I cant get this information if I owe the school a balanceAnd with the loans not processed correctly reflects I owe the school a balance so nothing threw this response gets resolved.

I am rejecting this response because: I have followed SUVA's procedure for requesting my information, I have been asking for it for two yearsIt was only recently that the school started asking for payment for requests and as I have already requested and been promised multiple times that I would receive my paperwork in 7-days this method of requesting is obviously not effective and I will not pay the school any more money to get my filesOther attempts to request my paperwork have been made though phone calls, email, the NMHED, and certified mailAnd yet, I still have not received any of the paperwork I have requested.However, attached is my most recent attempt to get anyones attention at the main campus and have my paperwork sent to me though SUVA's method of accessing the schools website, I requested unofficial transcripts and received an automated responseThe screen shot was taken yesterday, september 2nd, so it has now been days and no one from the main campus or the branch has contacted me through any meansMy mailing address, email, and phone number have not changed therefor the school has access to all of these means of communication but has stopped acknowledging any of my attempts to get in contact with someone to have this resolvedI also sent another email to SUVA on August 31st regarding unauthorized use of my image and a quote that indorse's the school, which I had never given nor did I give permission to use my image for the schools profit and advertising, in which I once again requested my informationThis process has been unnecessarily long and extremely frustrating, I just want this resolved in a timely manner.

I am rejecting this response because: SUVA fails to understand what information I am requesting. I am not requesting a summarized total of all tuition charges, scholarships, and Title IV disbursements. I am requesting a line by line, so that I can verify the total sums that have been repeatedly sent to me. I believe there is an error on my account, and neither party can verify accuracy of charges until a line by line statement has been disclosed. The point is to show how the total numbers have been tallied. I have this information through March of 2014. I believe that my scholarships were incorrectly applied. The totals reflect this discrepancy, as my scholarships have not been credited with the correct amount for Summer 2014, Fall 2014, and Spring 2015. I am attaching my original statement request, in which I explicitly state, as I have in every request, that I would like to receive an itemized line by line list of tuition charges, scholarships, and government funds received. This attachment also includes the SPECIFIC document type in which I am requesting. This document is from SUVA Tucson. I fail to understand why they do not have the itemized information from March 4th of 2014 to May 15th, 2015. 
For the record, I requested the first and last name of the person responsible with my exit packet information due to the FACT that I have never received a reply from anyone who answers the [redacted] email. When I have inquired to this email (which is the correct procedure to contact the SUVA administration) I receive no response. This includes responses via email, phone, or face to face contact. The only response is an automated email, notifying me student services will be in contact within 5-7 business days. Why would I send my information into the student services email, when I cannot verify that any SUVA employee sees or acts upon the information? The Revdex.com response is the first correspondence that I have received in response to my numerous written requests.

I am rejecting this response because: Although I am glad to hear someone is going to look into my account I have email documentation in which I stated that I never received an exit packet, I also had an appointment with Joanne when I had learned other students had received exit packets and I had not, so that I could talk to her about it and was told then that it would be looked into and never received anything. I have also requested a copy of my entire file multiple times since then and to whom ever will be looking into sending me an exit packet I would still like a copy of that sent with it. So although it seems we have finally made some progress, I'd like to make it clear that I am once again requesting all of my documentation rather than just a bill. I look forward to receiving all of my documentation in a timely manner.
