Reached out to SUVA regarding a billing issue, every week for 5 weeks. They have not issued a satisfactory response.
After having graduated the institution they provided me a bill with an incorrect amount. I reached out to my local (abq) campus where I was turned away because I was no longer a student. I proceeded to reach out to the main (tuscon) campus. I sent the initial email on April 3rd regarding this matter, starting April 17th I sent an email once a week for five weeks. The first acknowledgement of any of the emails came when I threatened to contact the Attorney Generals office. They firstly, denied having received any of the previous five emails, all of which were forwarded with each new email. Then they promised they would review my account and respond no later than Monday, May 21st. Today is Wednesday, May 23rd and they have not responded.
