Porsche Salt Lake City has worked very hard to resolve Mr. ***'s complaint about his Porsche. All repairs have been completed under warranty or at NO COST to the customer. It now appears that Mr. [redacted] has an issue with the manufacturer of the vehicle and his view that the suspension should have a... recall from Porsche, not Porsche Salt Lake City. We stand ready to continue our assistance to Mr. [redacted] and repairing his vehicle as needed, and would be very happy to direct him to Customer Service at Porsche Cars North America to discuss any matters pertaining to a recall from the manufacturer of the vehicle.My best,Michael B***General Manager
