I want to respond to the complaint of ***My final bill was within the10% state guideline , and was for work needed because he wanted a non stock carburetion kit fittedWe needed to do extra labor to make his kit
operational, because it didn't include all the necessary partsAs a customer he expected too much from us in using his kit
I can not adjust this non standard kit he bought! We thought his car ran good with the old carb! He is making a mess by trying all the options!
About his lawn- I went to pick the car up on a free courtesy trip , and found inches of snow in the driveway, and no driveshaft in the car! I did my best to get the car out of the garage and on my trailer with no body damage from rolling into my truck! That day his wife was home alone, and he never told me he hadn't cleared the drive with expectation of my arrivalMy timeline was short after driving to Waseca, and *** provided no assistanceThe lawn was covered with snow at the time!

This transmission work he did a second time should have been warranty workI spoke with the transmission place he took it to to have a bushing replaced questioned whether there was ATF put in the transmission the first time he did the work
That would be why the bushing got hot and spun out of a place
They also said a half an inch in length of the driveshaft won't make a difference
But nonetheless, he said he would tow my car for free and he theWanted to charge me
I will never go there again

The suggestion that he left a path shoveled for me is totally falseHis scoop tractor in the garage hadn't moved since the snowfall the prior night! Even the front walk had no tracks-I wasn't sure anybody was home, and the wife didn't offer any help in pushing the car out of the garage without the driveshaft in placeI had no way of reaching him because our communication was done by text, he was mostly removed from the process!
