wants a full refundContract specifically says she has the right to cancel the contract within three business days of signing to be entitled to a full refundAlso the contract states the company has the right to retain the down payment if home owner decides to cancel after the three business days has passed

Contract was signed and check was cashed on Aug 26th. The 3 day period is not valid in this situation as the company let me know 11 days later, on Thursday, Sept 8th that they could not fulfill what we spoke about and they offered a refund. I gave them an opportunity to come up with other comparable options and they didn’t.  I reached out to my salesperson on Thursday, Sept 14th and again on Friday, Sept 15th to let him know I accepted his offer to cancel the contract and a full refund.  I called the office as he instructed and spoke with Randy, who represented himself as “one of the owners". After a 15 minute or so conversation with Randy there was no resolution. I looked up the owner’s name, [redacted], from the R.O.C. and exchanged a few emails with him and there was still no resolution.  We then hired an attorney who is handling correspondence with the company’s attorney and as of today there is still not a resolution.
