On may 15 my brother returned my books and his to Southwestern Michigan College the bookstore was closed when he arrived due to covid he was told that he could leave the books at the front office and it would be taken care of which he did. A couple of weeks later the bookstore called saying I haven't returned my books and that I would need to or be charge I then contacted them and told them the situation which they said they would look into but they never got back to me. And just yesterday july 11 I was charged for the books I contacted them they said they cant do anything about it.

The customer left the books with someone who was not a bookstore representative. after searching we were unable to find any one who had the books. The store emailed several messages with instructions on printing a prepaid label for book returns, in order to avoid such a situation. we have refunded the money Mr. was charged for not returning the books.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
They did returned the money they took from me but at no point did they email information on how to print off labels and return the books via mail.
