Southwind Apartments

Review: I received my security deposit check back and $175 was deducted due to the carpets not being shampooed. I contacted the office on July 30th a Thursday, to discuss the issue. I spoke to April that said she was the officer manager and the person to speak to about disputes. I explained to her that I had my own Bissell carpet cleaner and cleaned the carpets myself. She proceeded to look up my documents and couldnt find them. She told me that she couldn't make the decision on giving me the $175 back I asked who I would be able to call and she then again told me she is the one that makes the decision. She asked me to call her back on Tuesday; I am assuming to that she needed time to find my documents.I wasnt able to call April back until Thursday, August 1st. I left a detailed message with a return number. I still havent heard back from April. She has not handled this professional. I enjoyed living at Southwind but the customer service was always great until I left.
