Review: Getting notices of my dog barking with intent to pursue further legal action. Multiple time's.NOT MY DOG!!!!!!!There is no time or date on the notice of the disturbance .So I can prove with my survaliance camera with sound that it was not my dog. I am disabled and home all day. my dog sleeps on the floor next to me. I have trained my dog not to bark unless someone comes onto my property.Desired Settlement: To retract all notices.Change notice to have the person provide proof of it. The park has someone oncall for this to verify it happened. or provide recordings and or pictures some kind of proof of it. Not here say. This is 2014 camera cell phones. Some proof is needed.Also dates and times . Also giving out the same notice to anyone in my block who owns a dog. That is discrimination or nazisum. You can give blaim without proof

As a manager of this community, I have to act upon complaints from residents. When a complaint comes in, I try to give out a friendly reminder regarding the issue at hand. A Friendly Reminder is just that, a reminder to correct whatever issue needs attention. Obviously, when I hand out the friendly reminder it is after the incident has occurred.

I have written complaints and have had several verbal complaints regarding the resident’s dog barking. I realize that dogs bark, that is their nature. When I receive a complaint, whether in writing or verbal, I try to act on it as soon as possible.

Our rules state:

b. if your pet causes any disturbance such as barking, snarling, etc., which will annoy your neighbor, permission to keep this pet will be revoked.

c. Any pet, when not inside your mobile home, must be kept on a short leash. Pets may not be left unattended outside of mobile home. Any pet found loose in the Park will be taken to the animal shelter. (This includes cats.)

6. Pets must be confined to the resident’s mobilehome and lot. When a pet is outside the mobilehome it must he under constant supervision of a responsible person on a short leash or in an approved fenced area. Pets are not allowed anywhere ¡n the park, except the owner’s space or another resident ‘s space when invited.

I am rejecting this response because: It does not answere the question of when it happened and whom complained. I don't have several resdients near me. Also we have been out of state for a few weeks and the dog was with us. So this is why I am complainig . where is the proof. Recordings anything that can prove it was my dog. Even a killer on trial has a right to know who is filing charges or FALSE CHarges in this case. If you cannot provide more detail and proof and who is complaining it is not legal. Here say is not legal. So you are saying anyone can makeup a story about someone without proof. Note filing false reports is illegal and charging someone without proof is illegal by california state laws.

2/24/14 - dog barking and resident not outside with their dog (rules do state that pets cannot be left outside unattended)

8/11/14 - dog barking from 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm
