Thank you for your quick response On behalf of MAACO COLLISION REPAIR AND AUTO PAINTING Store #***, we would like to respond to a consumer misunderstanding With reference to Order Number: *** Ms [redacted] entered the MAACO store on January 27, 2018, asking for a repair and paint estimate on her Chevrolet Camaro Upon inspection of the vehicle, our estimator pointed out the cracks in the fender and the panel in question The customer was already aware of the damage and asked that it be repaired It was explained to Ms [redacted] that the parts were Not repairable and must be replaced to prevent any damage to the new paint work As specified within the "Remarks" section of the Repair Order attached, Ms [redacted] requested "No other body work wanted" She denied the replacement of the parts that were recommended by our estimator and was fully aware that minor imperfections may show Initially, when picking up the vehicle, Ms [redacted] was very satisfied with the work that MAACO had completedWe do not feel that either of these complaints are warranted Our estimator was correct in his assessment and recommendationsMAACO's store [redacted] s have gone above and beyond in offering outstanding customer service to Ms [redacted] We have spoken with Ms [redacted] and offered, again, to repair her vehicle accordingly and resolve this issueHowever, we have been unsuccessful in our attempts In conclusion, we cannot come to terms with Ms [redacted] 's inconceivable reimbursement amounts for work completed by MAACO Please address any questions, concerns or advisements directly to meWe, at MAACO, are proud of our exemplary, Revdex.com rating and strive every day to retain itThank you for your time

I am rejecting this response because: We NEVER said we were satisfied with the work they performed & we have never even received the "part" for the rear view mirror that was promised. The car has been in their shop times to fix the mistakes they have made & the damages that were supposed to be fixed they never were. As you can clearly see, there is still damage to the car that was NOT repaired with additional damage that they created. We do have a copy of the invoice & will present it as well however there was only room for downloads & we have more pics to send. We are currently working with NBC as well on this complaint & they will be contacted the establishment on our behalf. We will not allow them to get away with this type of "shotty" work on our vehicle after overcharging us as it is. This job cost us almost $1400.00. There are still panels in which have paint drippings that they overlooked even after the 2nd time we took the car back. All we can say is *** is NOT a worthy *** & I will NOT allow anyone else to have issues with their prized vehicle as I have encountered. It is truly unfair. BTW, the "***" that looked at the car & gave us the quote informed us that the car would like "Like New"...all dings will be repaired along with a NEW REAR VIEW MIRROR. The mirror is clearn NOT NEW nor is it operable. We were also informed that the "***" is ***'s Son in which is in TRAINING. He is not even trained to quote body work. I am hoping for a resolution very soon before it truly effects his lively hood by taking it to court if needed & having the complaint & the car Televised.
