They finished on time and when they discovered some structural damage, they stopped the job and recommended a reasonably-priced repair. Their price per square foot is unbeatable! Southwind was very professional. They gave me a quote that actually went down when they finished. They were on time to the job, finished promptly and did an excellent job. The job was replacing windows and damaged boards supporting them. It was a relief to work with a contractor who kept his word.
