Our staff, including licensed pest control personnel, have inspected unit on different occasions and they have found no evidence of fleas or evidence of damp or mildew on carpet Our licensed pest control personnel has sprayed the apartment even with no evidence of fleasThe apartment was found to be in an unclean cluttered condition with clothing piled up and toys and boxes on the floorOur staff requested the occupant to clean up the apartment on two separate occasionsThe apartment has been occupied by this residence since 9-26-14, nearly a yearIf there were any fleas present, they would have brought them in themselvesTheir apartment leads directly to the outside concrete walkwayUpon reviewing the lease, it shows that the apartment was rented to one person, whom is not the complainant The complainant is not on the leaseThe lease limits occupancy to one person Complainant is not a legal occupant of the apartment and if living there she and the lessee are violating the lease Should the current lessee wish to vacate, we will be happy to let them vacate prior to expiration of the lease if they pay rent until the date of departure Respectfully, Management SW Tract LLC

Asked several times for my apartment complex will not change my carpet. Its damp and smells like mildew. I have had the apartment complex spray my floors for fleas. Spraying doesnt help because the back bedroom carpet is infested with fleas. I have a one year old daughter that cant even play in her room because when she comes out I have to pull fleas off of her. There are bites all of us. Our apartment complex says they wont remove the carpet, only spray and that I should vaccume more. No matter how many times they spray the infestation is too large. I have NO pets so I shouldnt have this big of a problem with fleas. However the last tenant did have pets. I would really appreciate it if the Revdex.com, would get them to change out my flea infested carpet with new carpet.

Our staff, including licensed pest control personnel, have inspected unit 2581 on 2 different occasions and they have found no evidence of fleas or evidence of damp or mildew on carpet.  Our licensed pest control personnel has sprayed the apartment even with no evidence of fleas. The apartment was found to be in an unclean cluttered condition with clothing piled up and toys and boxes on the floor. Our staff requested the occupant to clean up the apartment on two separate occasions. The apartment has been occupied by this residence since 9-26-14, nearly a year. If there were any fleas present, they would have brought them in themselves. Their apartment leads directly to the outside concrete walkway. Upon reviewing the lease, it shows that the apartment was rented to one person, whom is not the complainant.  The complainant is not on the lease. The lease limits occupancy to one person.  Complainant is not a legal occupant of the apartment and if living there she and the lessee are violating the lease. 
            Should the current lessee wish to vacate, we will be happy to let them vacate prior to expiration of the lease if they pay rent until the date of departure.

They terminated our lease. Gave us 30 days to get out. All because I didn't want my children to play in a floor with fleas. I had no pets ever. Somehow I still had fleas.
