I feel that this company is a small time operation who could care less about you as a tenantI don't understand why they even rent apartments they don't care to service properly, at least the ones where the rent is lowerShouldn't matter if it is because that's what you charge and people pay their hard earned money to live decently Financial discrimination might be a factor here, I'm not sureBut what is evident is this company does not put 100% into all of their properties so therefore the staff does not eitherI was told my service issue would be addressed in 24-hours, it has been nearly a weekOne issue was a water drip, (we pay for water) thankfully I was able to address this myself Also when we moved in, the place clearly had not been cleaned wellThere were cobwebs on the ceilingsdays to turn and there are cobwebs?!? Carpet very worn even had tears in various areas and one of the bathroom cabinets was damaged but instead of replacing this finishing nails were in itResident retention is not the goal for this company
