When I first took my dog her I loved it Then I noticed that every time I would take him back that they was trying to get more and more money out of me for reason. I have a shih poo and they have put in his file that he has to be sedated every time he is groomed that is really not cool. They had 3 times to let me know that it had been put in his file but didn't let me know until I had dropped him off to be groomed this morning. They wait until I'm at work to let me know the it is in his file that he has to be sedated. I will never take my dog back her and will never recommend anybody to go there with their pet. The staff is very unprofessional and they will make you come out of your character especially the office manager and that front desk girl.
We're very sorry you have been so disappointed by your experience with us. Our first priority is always the health and well-being of our pet patients, and on occasions when we require sedation for grooming it is out of necessity for the comfort and safety of the pet. Maxx's severe matting would have been painful to remove, and doing so without sedation would likely result in him being fearful during future visits. Again, we are sorry we were not able to meet your expectations, and we wish you and Maxx the best.
