called and said he wanted the next series up which is a P-ZT series lawn mower. We negotiated a price and he agreed. This mower was also delivered and inspected by the customer. He paid the difference and I received a follow up phone call thanking us for working with him. The original purchase price was credited back and applied to the new mower purchase - see attachments. Review: end of may 2015 purchased new push mower to cut grass where my wife is buried - mower would not run strong enough to cut - called and was told to bring it back- did so waited 1 hour for it to be idled up by -told it was 200rpm off - tried to use it again - unable to cut - borrow a neighbors push mower to cut the grass at the cemetery with family coming in - July 3rd went back and left the new mower told we will be closed for vacation -my reply was alright take your time two weeks went by -i called-ask was the mower ready-reply was no-I ask do you have something I can use -reply- no come and get it so I did-I had thoughts of just borrowing my neighbors which I'am now doing-last friday in july like a fool I again took the mower back - and Iam still using my neighbors push mower to cut grass at the cemeteryDesired Settlement: just exchange for a new - nothing more - so and I can return my neighbors lawnmower to her

Review: I purchased a [redacted] zero turn from this dealer. Upon receiving the unit I discovered that the hour meter was either broken or the unit which was purchases new had 19 hours on it. After using the unit I immediately noticed a severe clumping issue while cutting grass. I contacted the owner James who wanted to charge me $an additional $1000 restocking fee to get another unit that I would be satisfied with. After several days he agreed to sell me another unit for a$400 restocking fee. I was not happy with this but, I was told by customer service they had no authority over the dealer, so the only way to get this unit was to pay the money. The dealer made me pay two delivery fees even though the product was defective. I could understand the first delivery fee but if the product is defective the 2nd should be waived, and customers should not be charged to return defective merchandise.Desired Settlement: I would like the dealer to step up and waive the restocking fee since there was a faulty hour meter and a problem with the deck clumping.
