Review: I was a patron at their laser wash on Friday when my $6 was taken I called the number on the building and got a construction company answering machine so I didnt leave a message My wife and I then returned on the Sunday to have my $1 taken by their machine My wife called the number on the building and left a message on Sunday No one returned our call so my wife called them on Monday She talked with the receptionist and things seem to be resolved and she said it would be sent out on Wednesday The next morning @ 8 am someone called from the construction company My wife returned their call and spoke with another woman and told her what had happened She assured my wife it would be sent out as well On Thursday, the same woman called again@ 4pm and said they needed more information and that this time it would not be sent out until Tuesday of the next week Wow!!!! $7!!!! All I really wanted at first was my car to be washed I even suggested meeting someone there to just get my car washed Horrible customer service!!!!Desired Settlement: Mailed apology

Review: on 4-23-2013 tried to use discover card to pay for $10 car wash, it would not accept it. I then tried a master card card and it would not accept it. I then put in $10 bill and got my car wash. May 1st I checked my discover and master card card accounts and there was a charge on both accounts for $10 to south wick laser wash II. I called the number at the site ###-###-#### and got a recording to leave name, number, address and the amount to be refunded, so I did. About May 6 I saw an attendant at one of their car washes and told him of the problem. He said someone only checks that phone once and a while its not some one there all the time. He wrote my information down and said he would check on it for me.He also offered to give me a car wash at no charge then, but it was a line starting to get washes and I had an appointment so I declined. As of today May 13-2013 I tried to call them again and got the same recording, so I felt I needed to file a complaint because they appeared to know they had a problem like this and are not doing any thing about it.Desired Settlement: I be refunded the $20 dollars or it be credited back to my credit card account.

We have received your letter of complaint concerning the duplicate charges for one of our customers. We apologize for this inconvenience but this is the first our office has heard of this complaint. We will look in to this issue and in the meantime, our office will issue a check on May 16, 2013 for amount of $20.00 for his loss along with a letter of apology.
