The customer has been called by [redacted] the General Manager of College Pro for [redacted] He will be going to meet the customer at her property next week Tentatively he is moving a few things around and appears that Tuesday will be the day he can meet with her He will confirm before the end of this week with exact day he can drive to her location to assess the paint job.At that time, [redacted] will take care of any quick touch up's and have a clear plan of action to take care of any remaining issues that the Franchise Owner has caused

I have reviewed this complaint and spoke to the Franchisee responsibleWe are taking this very seriously I have called the customer at the number provided to schedule next steps I left a voicemail on Our General Manager also left a voicemail on The Franchisee just called the customer today 9.29.15, left a voicemail, and sent a text message to reach her to scheduled next steps We want to take responsibility for this issue and are awaiting a call back from the homeowner[redacted] Vice PresidentCollege Pro [redacted]

College Pro takes customer satisfaction very seriously and will stand behind its warranty. It sounds like more peeling paint than usual has happened on this home. Our regional GM - *** *** - has called the customer and is setting up an appointment to review the job and
the work that is entailed to get it fixed. He will work with our local Franchisee - *** *** * to complete the project properly
