My loan officer was Brad T [redacted] , and I cannot speak highly enough about him I had been looking to refinance my house and was having difficulty getting a loan due to my unique circumstances Most of the people I talked to had no interest in me once they determined that I didn't meet their standard criteria I should mention that I have excellent credit, a pretty decent income, and have never made a late payment Brad made it his business to find a loan product that I would qualify for He was personable yet professional He seemed to take a personal interest in my situation and wanted to help me out I felt like I had a more personal connection with him even working on the phone than some loan officers I have met in person I definitely hope to work with Brad again the next time I choose to refinance

Everyone I communicated with whether via email or phone conversation was professional, friendly, and knowledgeableI could not have imagined a better experience

For many people looking for alternatives to the traditional home loan/ refinance option, I found the Sovereign Lending Group fit what I was looking forI primarily worked with loan officer Kevin B [redacted] who I found to be easy going and helpfulI wish I could say my experience was without any problems or frustrations but I can’tThere were some problems toward the end when it came to closingThere were requests for documents and things the underwriter wanted that I felt were unnecessary and it ended up delaying the process a few daysIf you have trepidation about working with a company where there is no face to face interaction I would say you have nothing to worry about with this companyOverall I am pleased with how things turned out and working with Kevin was a good experience
