Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Even in the picture attached by the business, you can clearly see outsideIf you can SEE outside, things can crawl in, and a/c can go outAlso, I never stated that 'Yours aren't good enough so I bought my own." Instead, I stated"I've waited months for these, so I went out and bought my ownI had requested the filters be changed months earlier, which they were notInstead, I had some vents that had no filters at all.The mess that the staff at this complex feels that they must upload pictures of, was cleaned up in five minutesWhat mess that warrants this kind of treatment was ever cleaned up in five minutes? No type of weather stripping has been applied by the business, and the reason you can see so little light in the picture is because I purchased the stripping to do it myself.When I asked for a new door, I told the staff that the door was too small, leaving large gaps on the sidesMeasuring the door, not the frame, and replicating the door just leaves me with another door that doesn't fit correctly.I've complained about pests numerous times, and have received no note from the person who actually goes inside to spray (the business states that I'm supposed to receive a letter stating they were there)Unless Pest Control is playing hide-and-seek with the notes, they haven't actually been inside my apartment.To top that, when I went to complain about this, they said that pest control had already been into my apartmentHowever, the complex didn't even have a key for maintenance to get into my apartment, and I had to let them make a copy of mineHow could Pest Control be entering my apartment to spray, if there was no key to get into the apartment with? The forms were signed that pest control had arrived, but that is physically impossible unless he/she moonlights as an escape artist and can move through walls.The door has still not been painted, nor have numbers been installed on the doorIt takes minutes, why has this still not been done? Ac has been fixed and working properly since 10/15/15, no buzzing noise was present when we went into the unit. Front door and door frame has been replaced and adjustedAll filters to ac have been replace by Ocean Drive maintenance or resident at the residents request we did give him filters and he...

took it upon himself to buy other ones, He stated to me your filters are too cheap so I went out a bought my own.Pest control has been to this apartment on multiple occasions. I have attached pictures as well as pest control orders when they went in.I do have additional pictures and reports if needed.
