If your vehicle is damaged by this valet company call the police and file a report no matter what they say or do. Two week and still no resolution. We have had to call them to even remotely get a response which have all been "I'm sorry" with no real solution other than to drag their feet (I'm guessing so we will just make the repairs ourselves).
