*** *** is a neurotic micro manager when it comes to managing rental properties in Menomonie WIWith exceptionally poor communication skills, iesome times she receives an email other times she would claim "didn't get it"This leads to a frustrating experience when reporting maintenance issues and nothing gets done*** likes to use the water bill, that she keeps in her name, as a reason to come around and check on/spy on tenants while sliding the bill into the door seal of the front door for deliveryThis happens even late in the evenings when is dark, this sounds like you have someone breaking in, and it's "crazy *** at the door fidgeting, listening and lurking about while hand delivering the water billHeaven forbid, if you're late paying the water she drops everything and rushes over to hand deliver the late water bill!! They are poor bookeepers, unable to accurately track payments and account charges, Having *** *** for a property manager is much like having a STALKER, avoid her if you can!

See attached letter and support document that provides copies of cancelled checks that the Soviaks refuse to credit our account for, unless we agree to forfeit our legal rights for housing code, other governmental and judicial protection They have had copies of these cancelled checks for more than a year The recent demand for back rent was billed only after they were notified that maintenance problems I had tried for six years to get them to effectively resolve, had resulted in their being notified of housing code violations Documents, cancelled checks and hard copy proof is provided to support the position that properly made payments are not being credited, and the Soviaks own statement indicates that they are withholding giving credit for these payments unless the tenant agrees to not file a complaint or request for assistance from organizations like the Revdex.com or governmental bodies that can offer protection.
See attached document for further explanation of why I do not agree with allowing the Soviaks to continue to deny awarding credit for payments received and deposited to their company accounts, nor to allow them to continue not solving maintenance problems that have led them to be documented with housing code violations.
