I purcahsed a product on from their website. About a week passed by I went on the website and noticed they charged my card. I emailed them and asked when my item will be shipped, they said it already shipped. I asked them for a tracking number, they never replied and my acount was deleted from there website.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. They provided me with a tracking number as of now it is resolved, but if it doesn't arrive then I will resubmit my complaint.
