This is a company that advertised a Garden Kneeler and Seat for $18.39 plus tax and shipping on Facebook. What we actually received after 2 1/2 months was a very small canvas pouch that attaches to a Garden Kneeler and Seat. They use a bait and switch tactic so when you place the order with a credit card number, they have the billing information but give you no opportunity to review the order. The description on the confirmation receipt lists the Garden Kneeler and Seat. The Garden Kneeler and Seat was ordered on May 19, 2020, charged our account on May 21, 2020. After attempting to send emails to *** (rejected as undeliverable several times) and *** asking about the status of delivery on July 14, 2020, on about July 25, 2020, we finally received a small canvas pouch that probably cost them .50 cents to make. This company apparently is in Hong Kong or China. In my research for the company there were many other complaints about the same experience that they ordered the Garden Kneeler and Seat and never received it or received the canvas pouch. There were other complaints about other products ordered with the same return address. There was no invoice, return shipping label, telephone number or anything with the product received. Upon receipt of the canvas pouch, the only address was the return address label on the outside of the envelope. ***, Address of *** THIS WAS A SCAM as far as I am concerned!
