Can you leave less than one star? Have given me the run around for over two months. Complete scammers.

I ordered an item through the Walmart website from SP Hardware. It has been over 3 months. They keep providing me with "tracking numbers" that never actually have a traceable order. I have requested they cancel my order and refund my money 3 times. I cannot get anything back from them except "your item has now been shipped", which is clearly false. I would NOT recommend purchasing from them.

These guys are full on scammers. They fish for people who are interested in items. In my case it happened to be a radio control boat. What they actually shipped me was three facemasks. They entice you with incredibly low prices and seemingly expensive items take your order and pretend to have everything look good until three weeks later we receive surgical face masks!
When you go back to the website to check on your items they simply vanish!

I placed an order on April 29th and have not received it yet!
They are not responding to me when I reach out. The money has been taken out of my account, yet I haven’t received my order!
It shows *** has not received it!
I am very upset and have asked for my money back!! No response! :(

Many reviews indicate they will say shipped when packages are not. Scamming *** and customers by not allowing customer to be reimbursed in a timely manner. Allow this company to rename itself and move on before companies even catch on. 2 months ago I ordered a product and will probably never receive it.
