This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt withSandy *** does not know how to answer her phone or return calls/emailsThey charge almost $200/month and all they do is cut the grass, trim trees, clean gutters & SOMETIMES shovel snow (but will only shovel the bottom half of your driveway) They are unorganized and unresponsive to issues I had a problem with my walkway while pregnant and after about phone calls, I finally saw something done about it months after the fact In addition, when the weather got really bad and the whole walkway/driveway was ice, they never salted which I would hope would be included in the near $each resident pays to them on a monthly basis Terrible service Hope there is a change in management soon

ceiling in child's room was damaged due to roof needing to get replaced, once the roof got replaced a contractor was sent to fix ceilingcontractor showed up and did an extremely poor job only half the job was completedThe contractor was scheduled to return the following week he never showed up and never returned calls I made several calls to sp management to inform them of the situation and my discontent after several calls and voicemail I finally got a hold of sandy Jeverything was explained to her and was told a gentlemen by the name of jason would call me back and make proper arrangements to send some one to complete the job it has been over months and no one has returned my calls and I have made 10+ calls and left several messages for a call back and have received none due to my job schedule I'm unable to go to location and speak face to face I pay my monthly payment on time every month and if I don't I get charged late fees as a punishment I find it unfair that there is no

I was living at Pine trail lane Tinkey park IL unit I am a senior citizen and was really sick to the point I was hospitalized then had to stay in rehab for a 3months I was locked out of the unit by sp management The lick was changed on the door and the garage opener was taken down Which they had no right because I pay mortgage on the property Once I was denied entry to my home I had to walk away losing and leaving everything behindI have over 15,dollars and lifelong possessions that I had to walk away from Before I take this legation I would like to work something out because I must be composted for my belongs and also for me being homeless doe to sp management

I have been living in my condo close to years and I have never seen anyone come around in the spring time to see what needs to be repaired upon my building the only thing I have seen this association complete consistently is snow removal and lawn care & Upkeep The gutter have never been cleaned, hence the reason why the water is backing up and causing water to run into my garage which weakens my drywall within and create other issues as well Also the framing of the house flew off during one of the wind storms, I was able to get someone out this transpired a few years ago as I was concerned when the installation was open to the weather, When they finally came to prepare this item, I complained about a gap in which they left between the framing and the balcony floor Water has been going underneath which is causing additional issues within my garageThe side of the building is cracking open and there are Wasp hives within, I am afraid for the Hot season to come Tuck-pointing is desperately needed, also the stone step outside has a huge gap in it, my mom ended up falling when approaching my door :-( This is such a terrible management company, I heard that they treat the buildings in which the board members or associates of the board live better and all other buildings goes unnoticed years observing this and this logic is really true There are two dead trees on the lot of land, and I keep awaiting them to come by and tend to this prior to these trees possibly falling over Yet no avail, therefore I find broken trunk pieces everywhere rotting away where is the justice here this condo is located at *** *** *** *** *** *** * *** Though the neighbors and I complain, I feel like it is a lost cause and it will never receive any type of beneficial result Living on Misery Lane Oak Ave, CCHills

I got past thatI Moved in May of Since then the elevator has been out of service 5xsI am a senior that walks with a caneI have arthritis in both kneesI stay on the 3rd floorTaking the stairs is a high risk for meNow it's out againtime it was out nearly weeksThey allowed it run but posted a sign that saidTake at your own risk I am basically trapped in my home
Also there is no lighting in the parking lot Completely darkUntil you get to the doorMy friends and family that come see .all have complained about this to meNow the building next to me is lit up like Broadway
