Dear Sir/Madam,
I have parked my car in SP+ garage at portal (Address- *** *** *** **, WASHINGTON, DC ***) on March 26thAround 5:PM, I came to garage to exit but I had to stay in line for hours just to get out of the garageThere was ZERO traffic from parking garage exit to merging roadIt seems like there was just one attendant operating in the garageHe was not wearing a name tag, so don't know the name and was unwilling to provide the manager name eitherI had even prepaid my parkingThe staff was very rudeAs I have some other plans in the evening, I asked if I can come back later in the night to pick up my car, I was told that I had to pick up my car before 9:PM onlyI have never experienced such a horrific experience
I had a family with kids who had to sit in car and there was lot of Carbon Monoxide in the garage due to waiting cars
I would appreciate if you could initiate an inquiry and stringent action for this incidentI have a (
