Review: I deposited $1280 on 3/5/14 in the company's account provided by [redacted] for an air ticket to Fiji travelling on June 26th, 2014. I was never issued a ticket but only a reference number with an itinerary. When I checked with the airline, Air Pacific, there was no booking done for me. I was going to Fiji for our prayers which is now postponed due to my uncle's death on 4/1/14 in USA. I have forwarded a copy of the death certificate to [redacted] (also known as [redacted] & [redacted])and asking for my refund since then. He has been giving me false promises that the money will be refunded to me. I gave him my bank account details and told me yesterday evening that he has deposited the refund in my account. There was no deposit done in my account. He always lies and makes false promises. He has others customers from whom he has collected money, and gave the tickets just a day from the departure date. He is also not willing to take checks and demands cash only. I would appreciate if I can be assisted to get my cash refund all at once as I paid in cash at once. I think he is involved in some kind of money laundering.Desired Settlement: [redacted] has deposit my refund to my account. If you want to take further legal action from there, then it is on Revdex.com.

As advised to the client prior, we are in the process of refund the entire funds. Every company has refund policies, in this case we have mutually agreed to make a full refund with no fee incurred, its just that we asked for some further time, and the client opts to report this matter to Revdex.com and spoil our reputation. The pax made bookings to travel in June and returns to cancel the same reservations.

We have no problems in refunding the money, but we need another 14 business days to execute the same. The refund will be issued in form of a Cashiers cheque.

Review: My family and I purchased 3 tickets from SP Travel World to Brisbane, Australia and Fiji Islands. Our travelling dates were from May 23rd, 2014- June 14th, 2014. The total cost of the tickets was $4,050(cash) which was paid in February 2014. On June 14th, the day of our departure from Fiji, we were advised that "we will not be able to return today" and that our tickets had been cancelled. SP Travel World told us that he was "rearranging" our flight via Honolulu for Sunday, June 15th. We did not get any response or confirmation as to when he booked another flight or if he even did. He later stated that we somehow return to the United States, and that he will "reimburse our cost." We ended up buying our own one-way ticket for June 15th, which cost $6,600 FJD. After returning to the US, we went to his house on June 16th for our reimbursement. He stated that he did not have that much money at the moment, and gave us two undated checks for the reimbursement, as a placement for the cash. He promised that he was going to deliver the cash on June 20th. Since that day, he's been making false promises, extending deadlines, and hasn't been returning calls. It is now June 28th, and he hasn't given our money back. A police report has been filed against this business, and many of my family members have the same issue.Desired Settlement: I would like my $4,000 USD refunded.

Review: We have recently bought airline ticket from SP Travel World for our trip to Fiji islands. He has quoted us $2800 for 2 airline tickets from Seattle to Nadi Fiji Islands from June 24Th to July 11Th. The booking reference he give was [redacted]He told us to deposit the money on his bank account and on April 11th we have deposited $2800.00 and here is the detail of the deposit as follows:The Bank of AmericaName : [redacted] While trying to reconfirm our flights with the Fijiairways we found out that there was no tickets for us with the airline. We have contacted him and he said he will call us but he never called us back. After calling him numerous times he agreed to wire us the money by the afternoon but he never send the money.Finally we had to arranged for the tickets with the different travel agents and pay him additional $3300 for two tickets and we had to shorten our trip.Have original copies if neededDesired Settlement: Would like to get a refund of $2800 as has already spend about $6100 for the Fiji trip which was supposed to cost about $1400 per ticket totaling $2800.

Review: [redacted] DBA SP WORLD TRAVEL. ENGAGED IN UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE, FRAUD, THEFT. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. PROMISES THE CLIENTS TO GET BEST DEAL FOR TRAVEL TO FIJI ISLANDS AND AUSTRALIA. THIS MAN DEMANDS/demanded PAYMENT OF TICKETs 3 TO 12 MONTHS IN ADVANCE, BUT HAD no intention of delivery the ticket. he collected about $4600.00 but failed to deliver the tickets as promised.we were confirmed to travel on 5/15/2014,this man kept avoiding our phone calls until one of the traveling companions threatened to call police and litigation, then after six hours before our flight, [redacted],agent delivered the confirmation/itinerary. After we left usa,[redacted], CANCELLED all our flight, and appropriated the money. he has done this to hundreds of unsuspecting travelers, but afew are knowledgeable to report to the police. [redacted] is operating his business from his house.he steals money from people. he tells people about cheap ticket, after people pay, he keeps thousands of dollars. He just appropriated thousands of dollars from soccer team from bay area. they will be filing complaint soon.Desired Settlement: Revdex.com must take legal action against this man, and his fake company if they have the jurisdiction before somebody is hurt. This man/[redacted] is a common thief and needs to be stopped. I heard he is doing the same in in Fiji islands, he pulled the same trick of selling cheap ticket to those hard-working people/after they pay, he runs off with their money. He also issues fake checks to clients who demands their money. I want my money back, $8000.00.I paid 4600.00;$3800.00

very dishonest in flight arrangements. Had to board off from gate at SFO airport due to last minute flight cancellation by broker because Shashi Pal failed to pay for our flights which we paid cash to him at hid home office 2 months prior. Kept changing our flight schedule and dates and did not give schedule at last day. Even return tickets were changed with airline too.Had to pay for hotel as flight was changed to next day

Very bad experience and lost two days of our trip.

Cannot recommend to any one.

Review: We were traveling overseas, they quoted us the fare, asked for payment in cash(thought that was odd, but did anyway), by the day of travel, we did not have the tie airy nor the e-ticket, called the fiji airlines and they stated there was a reservation but the payment was not made. The agent-[redacted] would not answer the phone, only responded " I'm working on it", I did not end up leaving and now he will not issue me a refund for a ticket he never paid for. These people are fraudulent, many people have gone through this same issue, please investigate!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: Need my money back!!!!!

Review: My father and sister, bought tickets to Fiji Island from SP Travel World on 5/7/14. Paid in cash, a round trip ticket to Fiji Island and back to US. On June 26th as listed by the receipt provided and signed by one of the SP Travel World agent (Agents License # 2112256-50) the Fiji airlines will NOT board them due to a error made by SP Travel World. Upon a phone call made by my sister in Fiji Island, the agent stated it was his mistake due to overbooking. After that, several phone calls were made to this agent. He refused to answer his phone calls, both including work and personal cell. My family is in Fiji Island as we speak and I have both my father and sister who are scheduled to report back to work as of 6/28/14. Please help!Desired Settlement: Anything that gives my sister and father justice. Even a suspension of the agents license.

As I arrived to LAX for a connecting flight from Fiji to California, we were trouble with our tickets. Our itinerary stated that all 6 of us had a connecting flight from LAX to San Francisco, but the system stated that we were not enrolled for any flight. Thus we had to pay out of our pockets to cover for this mishap. It was very stressful as we had work and school the next day and had to be delayed several hours for the flight. I would not recommend this agency due to this for it is their job so that this does not happen.
