We have a recycling dumpster on our property from the Southeast Recycling CorpNo problems in the past with them coming to empty the dumpster and sending a checkOver the past month, however, we have not been able to contact the company to empty the dumpster or to remove itPhone rings but no answerEmails not returnedCurrently we are stuck with a full dumpster and no way of having it removed from our property

Review: On September 4th, 2013, my client [redacted] was denied entry into the S&P Recycling Facility, after traveling a long way with a big recycling haul. The area [redacted], stated to my client in person (and captured on a recording), that my client 'cheated the company' and various other unwarranted and unsubstantiated claims. Mr. Allen made these claims in front of other contractors, which embarrassed and 'defamed' my client. He has yet to show proof or verification of his claims; henceforth we are seeking an apology, allowance back on the premises, and investigating further action, in light of recorded evidence/witness testimony. [redacted] has been an independent contractor with S&P for approximately two years. He is a teacher, and community leader who has organized clean up efforts in which culminated in a recycling project to pay for his work with inner city youth. He is a veteran and teacher who is held in high regard in his community and was thoroughly embarrassed by this incident.Desired Settlement: We are seeking a written apology from S&P, [redacted], or his representation. We are also seeking re-admittance for our client to continue business as usual with the recycling company in lieu of these unwarranted and unsubstantiated claims that [redacted] has used to sever my clients business relationship with the company. In light of hard of evidence against [redacted] (recordings and witness testimony from employees and other contractors), our office reserves the right to seek further damages.
