Review: I will never go to this nail salon again. When SPA 1 first opened the service was great, but now the nail technicians are rude and provide the worst customer service. Yesterday I decided to treat myself to a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. The woman Tina was so busy talking on her [redacted] that she took to much hair off of one of my eyebrows. The manager did apologize, but that is not good enough for me because I feel that Tina should have apologize it was her mistake. Tina has a terrible attitude and denied any wrong doing. As a result of her being so nasty and not owning up to the mistake she made, that nail salon has lost me as a customer.Desired Settlement: I paid $ 8.00 for my eyebrows to be waxed and Tina took to much hair off my eyebrow.
