I am rejecting this response because:
This was NOT a personal issue *** and I were never friends outside the salonI was left with LAVENDER hair when I asked for my usual blondeI tipped my usual generous amount because I was in a rush to get my daughter from school and was talked into "looking at my hair in the sunlight" As soon as I asked for my hair to be fixed I was treated with rudeness by *** and the shop ownerI had to eventually go to another salon and spend more money to have my hair fixedSpa does not understand the words customer serviceNo one should ever be treated badly and left with LAVENDER hair.
