Review: Spa Castle Premier was set to open in November 2014. They sold passes online prior to the opening and I purchased a pair of passes in October at $50 a piece with $4.32 s/h for a total of $104.34. The opening was delayed til December, they were open for less than one month and then the Health Department shut them down and they have not reopened since. Management has not replied to emails, voicemails and now does not even answer the phone. These passes purchased are set to expire in June and short of a mid summer miracle I have zero hope they will open their facilities.

I'm reaching out to the Revdex.com for guidance and a professional insight that can help resolve my issue.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $104.34

Review: On November [redacted] I went to the spa castle premier with my boyfriend and some friends.

After the spa I went to the locker to get my bag to shower up and go. My girlfriend was with me and there were two other women. The locker area was cramped. So I unlocked my locker u have to tap on it first and the use ur arm watch to open it. Very confusing so I had to get someone to help me go my bag and stuff closed the cloker got dressed . went back to my locker a hour later opened it it was locked and my brand new $200 white jacket was gone.I had the attendant open every surrounding locket to see if it was in there and it wasn't the manager came down and I told him the situation. He was very condisending. I explained to him my locker was locked. He said there was nothing he can do but check the camera and because none of his staff took it and it was a client there was nothing he can do for me but take my name and number. I informed him that regardless if it was a customer or a staff member who took it, my $200 jacket was stolen from your establishment I paid for my self and my boyfriend to gain access into the spa. I wrote the spacastleusa via email as a complaint since there is no other way to access them except online and I haven't received a call or anything back yet. I will also file a police report that property was taken from me and nothing was done about it. I am a paid customer I live in Pennsylvania so I had to go all the way home in the cold with no jacket. My boyfriend and I wasn't too happy and we want answers and to be compensated for our loss and no one will get back to us. This is obserd and unprofessional for any establishment to reject the needs of a paid client.Desired Settlement: Settlement or refund

Review: Prior to opening this location, Spa Castle Premier 57 offered a promotion on their website to purchase admission tickets at $50 each instead of the usual price of $65. I purchased two tickets in anticipation of their new location. Shortly after opening, this location was shut down due to permitting issues. Since then, they have partially reopened but still do not have all the permits to be fully operational. They are now offering free admission for guests which is nice, unless you purchased 2 tickets in advance of the opening. These tickets I purchased are now completely useless. I have reached out to SC Premier 57 multiple times about a refund but have not received a response. The customer service is very poor.Desired Settlement: I would like SC premier to refund my money for these admission tickets. I have sent them copies of my receipt and tickets several times but have not received a response.
