Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Thank you so much for your timely response in this matter I did ask MrE [redacted] for a refund He did not respond WhenI finally got him on the phone, he did invite me and a friend who has extensive knowledge has an Herbalist for over years, plus being a nurse for some years I asked for the address, but he never forwarded it to me I was willing to reconsider, but his lack of help and willing to teach me made the difference We meet in after my step-father passed away, and I was selling a house that my dad owned But legal matters prevented me from doing business with him He first told me of life on May 1st, of My dad passed away plus legal issues and probate made thinking or doing research on this impossible I dinally got to in April of this year, and it did look promising I signed up, but we had only two meetings He only gave me a few pointers and explained about some of the business aspects I am still learning how to use a computer which got six months ago Even your vice president suggests that new people that sign up should be notified all the time with their up line I did not feel Mr, E [redacted] did that I like the man but feel he was not professional They even tried to low ball me on the house that I was selling His partner, MrH [redacted] offered me 350,and $375,for tow separate houses that were worth more My friend who has extensive knowledge says the energy drinks burned a little when he drank them Not all the ingredient's are wholesome That also persuaded me to change my mind Efison should have told me to contact the office for a refund An Amway Rep would have given me more time and training for their products and company layouts Altho I feel they have good productsInitially I felt life was better because of what I saw online But that quickly changed because of further research and my friends advice and MrE [redacted] 's lack of support [redacted] has better products and it sure seems like four life is also I will check out those links yoy provided (thank you that), and that may change my mind Everyone I talk to says it's a pyramid, but I shall keep an open mind and research further I was upset at MrE [redacted] s on responsiveness and did not meanto sound too harsh in my words But to say the Chinese have fake products seems un real and I believe he was giving me a line and covering up I shall return the products and thank you again for your time and response Sincerely, [redacted]

In speaking to MrE*** about this matter, he was surprised that you asked him to join 4Life after years had passed since he mentioned 4Life to you, but he was pleased that you wished to become a 4Life independent distributor In the Diamond Kit you purchased, there were items in the kit that would have helped you begin your network marketing business, including 4Life’s Life Rewards Basics that sets forth 4Life compensation plan and tips to start and grow your independent business, 4Life’s Policies and Procedures, 4Life products, etc. Certainly, MrE*** wished to give you tips and provide motivation to begin and build your network marketing business (like attending the meeting he told you about in Downey, CA next week), but it was really up to you (not MrE***) to make your 4Life business a success. Network marketing is difficult, and certainly not an opportunity wherein everyone enjoys success. Third, 4Life manufactures and sells very high quality products. 4Life complies in all respects with the U.SFood and Drug Administration’s Good Manufacturing Practices and the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994. 4Life has a large Research and Development department that researches and formulates our quality products, oversees university studies on 4Life’s products, among many other things. You say “the ingredients are not percent healthy.” I am not certain what you are referencing. Certainly, you are entitled to your opinion and are not forced to purchase or consume 4Life’s productsFourth, independent distributors are prohibited from selling 4Life products on third-party websites (eBay, Amazon.com and Alibaba.com, for example)However, from time to time 4Life’s products appear on third-party sites. Quality assurance demands that 4Life brand products are sold exclusively through 4Life’s independent distributorsProducts appearing on a third-party website bearing a 4Life label may be counterfeit products, may be products that have exceeded their expiration date, or products that have been mishandled in any number of ways that could compromise their quality. Therefore, products purchased on third-party websites or from any source other than a 4Life Distributor do not carry 4Life’s 100% 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee. Nowhere have we “blamed” this occurrence on Chinese individuals. I can tell you there have been counterfeit 4Life products produced, but those producers were not Chinese. I can also tell you that I have employees working full-time on flushing out the distributors who sell products below 4Life’s wholesale price on Amazon, and when we find them, we terminate them. “How can anyone make a decent living if Amazon has [the product] for a lot less,” you ask? We have never claimed that you can make a “decent living”; however, if you were able to establish your independent business and provide excellent service to your customers and fellow distributors, I think you would find success in accordance with 4Life Life Rewards Plan just as many, many other 4Life distributors have foundFinally, I wish to assure you that effective today your 4Life distributorship is terminated. Clearly, after I read your message I felt compelled to defend 4Life’s business model, independent distributors, products and its employees’ efforts to enforce its policies and procedures.
