As we had explained each time we spoke with Mr [redacted], we DID process a refund for him with the card company and for some reason it was not going threw. We have been very busy so it was hard to keep on top of the issue merely because we were...
receiving a message that the refund was done from the card processor. We have a receipt from our processor showing that we did in fact process the refund but according to Mr [redacted] he has not received it. We tried to get help from the processor but they gave us the run around stating we did not process the refund and we even faxed them the copy of their receipt and they had no explanation and still failed to process the refund. Because of this situation we actually dropped that processor and acquired a new one. We have just finished an audit of our banking information and in fact we also do not show the money being taken from the processor for the refund. At this point all we can do is issue a check to Mr [redacted] if that is acceptable to him. We sincerely apologize that he has had to deal with this just as we have, we have been trying to get the refund to him. We will be happy to mail the check immediately.
