Review: In April this year, I decided to get a wrist tattoo removed. After doing some research I found SpaFit in [redacted] that did laser tattoo removal. Being about 5 minutes from my house, I decided to go there. My consultation I was quoted $120 a session, and was told I needed about 6 sessions for complete removal with about 4 weeks in between sessions. I went to my first session with no problems. Then I went for my second appointment in May.. [redacted] (the [redacted]) who did the removal was only there on Thursdays to do it and the latest appointment was 4:30. Being I work till about 5, I had to leave work early to make my appointment. So I got to my second appointment and waited in the waiting room for OVER an hour and a half.. Then [redacted] called the spa, to let them know she wasn't coming in to do my removal. I was extremely annoyed, but was told I could come in the next day for a session. So I left and did my session the next day. So now another 4 weeks go by, and I go for my appointment in June. Again I left work early to make my appointment. When I walked in the receptionist looked at me and said "Oh nobody called you?! I'm sorry but our laser machine is not in this office anymore they moved it to [redacted]." I was furious. She took down my information to give to [redacted] and told me she would call me the next day. A week later, [redacted] called me and I explained everything that happened. She basically said she was sorry and there's nothing she could really do, but she would get me into [redacted] whenever I wanted an appointment. Not only did SpaFit waste hours of my time with their poor communication, I now have a half faded tattoo on my wrist. I chose the [redacted] office since it was so close and I was extremely inconvenienced, why would I drive 30 minutes to [redacted] when obviously something like this will most likely happen again?! After having this happen to me I heard awful things about this business. Something recently happened there with my sister similar to what happened to me. Im beyond mad.Desired Settlement: Months have gone by and I'm still extremely annoyed about my experience. I would have never started a tattoo removal if I knew this was going to happen. I'm actually embarrassed about how my wrist looks. The only way I would go back, is if the rest of my sessions were extremely discounted for the inconvenience. Knowing that most likely won't happen, I at least want the business to be aware of what they did to me and what a bad rep that have. So hopefully it won't happen to future customers.
