I absolutely loved going hereUnfortunately I was suckered in when I was told that if my husband got orders we would be able to get out of our contracts with no hassle and no feesThat has not been the caseMy husband was told today that they only honor that if someone has a membership BEFORE joining the militaryThat is absolutely obsurd! I'm sorry to say that I hope this place gets blacklisted and that other military families do not have to go through this frustration
This is the one fitness centers where they are unwilling to work out any issues with the consumer. They make many excuses of not receiving Soldier's relocation or deployment paperwork, resulting in continuous pay out of the consumer's account. This business is more about making money than providing adequate services to their members. They allow trainers to be late or miss sessions with their customer without any compensation or apology. If there is an issue, this business will do what they need to protect the business with little regard to the customers, especially those who have and are serving in our military service. I find this company to be unprofessional, disappointing, and a disgrace to their consumers that they mislead.
