Review: I received a gift certificate for this establishment in July of 2013 with an expiration date of July, 2014. I attempted to contact the business in October, 2013 to schedule services when I discovered the business was closed. I contacted the landlord who informed me the business ended their lease in July, 2013 with no plans to re-open in a different location. Clearly this business had knowledge when they sold the gift certificate they were in the process of closing the business.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the face value of the gift certificate refunded immediately.

Review: I received a gift certificate from my fiance for Christmas. I called the numbers for over two weeks to try to schedule my services but the lines were disconnected. We finally went on the Westbank and found the store was shut down.Desired Settlement: We would like our money back.

I thought I had plant of time to use it since the expiration date was a year later. Upon trying to schedule services to redeem the gift certificate I was notifed that the business has been closed since July 2013. I purchashed the gift certificate on February 10th, 2014. No one will return my calls or emails regarding a refund.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my $65.00 back and am considering a lawsuit for advrtising and collection of payment for services under a false business/one that is no longer in operation.

SHE GAVE ME THE OWNERS NAME & NUMBER TO TRY & CONTACT BC WE WANTED A REFUND SINCE HE SOLD GIFT CARD & WE NEVER GOT TO USE ([redacted] ###-###-####) I HAVE LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES & NO RESPONSE. THE SPA NUMBER IS NOW NO LONGER AVAILBLE.HOWEVER, 2 OF MY FRIENDS HAVE STILL BOUGHT GIFT CERTIFICATES OFF THE WEBSITE FOR CHRISTMAS & JUST LAST WEEK! & THE SPA IS CLOSED! NO LONGER THERE. THEY ARE TAKING PEOPLES MONEY STILL & ARE NOT IN BUSINESS!I HAVE NAMES & NUMBERS OF PEOPLE THAT THIS HAS AFFECTED, BUYING GIFT CARDS, RECEIVING GIFT CARDS FROM THE SPA & NOW CANT USE OR THEY HAVE TAKED OUR MONEY!
